Dr Dipanjan Chatterjee is a senior consultant in critical care medicine and cardiac anaesthesiology in Kolkata with over 20 years of experience in ECMO, cardiac critical care, trauma resuscitation, and advanced life support, currently practising at Manipal Hospital, EM Bypass, Kolkata.

He serves as Director of the ECMO and Transplant Programme and Head of the Cardio-Pulmonary Critical Care Department, and is recognised for establishing one of the first major ECMO centres in Eastern India and leading over 200 ECMO runs during the COVID era.
