Dr Rakesh Mahajan is a distinguished Cardiothoracic and Vascular CTVS Surgeon in Delhi. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar.

• Vascular access in complex cases at the Vascular Access Conference in Kuala Lumpur in 2010
• Neonatal vascular emergencies at the Vascular Society of India Meeting in November 2007
• Poster on the use of semipermeable polyamide dressings over skin grafts for venous leg ulcers at the 75th meeting of the ASGBI in 1995

Earlier in his career, he co-authored an audit study on cholecystectomies with Singhal H and Hay DJ. It was presented at the Welsh Surgical Society meeting in May 1997.
