Had severe wrist pain and numbness in fingers affecting my work as a software developer. Dr. Sindhuja diagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome through nerve studies and recommended conservative management first. Wrist splints, ergonomic modifications, and some injections helped tremendously. Avoided surgery which was a huge relief. Her conservative approach before jumping to procedures is appreciated.
