He performs delicate surgical clearances for deep facial spaces (infratemporal fossa) while collaborating with plastic surgery teams to rebuild the face and jaw using microvascular tissue reconstruction.

Robotic Head and Neck Cancer Operations

Dr P Patel conducts minimally invasive Transoral Robotic Surgery (TORS) to remove deep mouth, tonsil, and throat cancers through the mouth, leaving no visible neck scars. He performs complete and partial thyroid gland removals (thyroidectomies) and clears cancerous lymph nodes from the neck using specialized single-cut techniques that minimize visible scarring and speed up patient recovery.

Voice Preservation and Salivary Gland Surgery

Dr Patel operates on advanced voice box (laryngeal) and lower throat (hypopharyngeal) cancers with a focus on curing the disease while protecting the patient's ability to speak and swallow naturally.
