WORST doctor issseh ghatiya doctor nahi dekha, operation k baad check karne nahi aaya gadha ,LANAT hai aise doctor par , ek jute silne wala Mochi ko isseh better stitching aati hai itne bade bade cuts mare isne key hole surgery THOOOOOO is par sare cuts k nishan 1 saal k bad bhi hai, stitches kholne bhi nahi aya yeh kasai hexa walo neh 1000 separately liye stitches open karne k liye jo k package meh included hote hai, NEVER GO TO HIM SABSE GHATIYA INSAN HAI YEH.

Surgeon dr santosh naik and my medical co ordinater aminul where very kind and helpful, did all the documentation for me, very smooth process by hexa health.

I have Very bad experience with hexa charges very high treatment cost around 20k and hexa charge 1.05L seriously given blacklist hospital no service not even doctor appointment post hospitalization. pathetic service.

I have taken service for my piles surgery, before surgery all is good, but after surgery doctor never came to check my condition except nurses. After 2 days I have suffering from some skin burning near surgery area. So i try to contact with Hexa health but no one replying to me. And never given post surgery follow up appointment.

Experience with hexa healthcare was good but hospital was not at all good, hospital staff was not at all supportive in any manner. There was no clarity on billing and infact they misplaced our medicine as well. After all the procedure were done they were asking for extra money whereas they have not mentioned this earlier. So overall, experience with hospital was very pathetic.

Feeling like cheated very badly. Hexa health management don’t have control over their employees hence the employees are fooling patients who trust hexa health platform. Hexa buddy Dhruv is of no use.

My approval received on time but Hexa insurance team is so confused in initial and final approval, Hospital was giving them clarification back to back but they are not ready to understand this thing. Overall experience is good but talk about insurance my experience is not up to the mark.

The entire experience was bad from hospital (Umang Hospital) to surgery (Santosh Naik) and the customer care team of Vivek and Dhruv who made it worst for me. I am still struggling with proper documents for insurance claim and hardly getting any help for Hexahealth. Would recommend to stay away from such fraud medical providers. Post circumcision surgery, my penis becoming very red while doing intercourse. Sometimes even minor cuts and blood oozing outs are observed near suregery area. So don't know whether the surgery decision was right or not?

The worst service provider. From 1st the day to post surgery it has been third class service, management by hexa health people. Specially aminul and ketan. Useless and shameless people. You only exploit money from patients calling 4 times a day until they go for your treatment package. whenever i went for consultation in hospital pre, during and post surgery, hospital and doctors were not informed about my appointment. Because of which i the patient had unnecessary physical and mental exertion a

I had circumcision surgery through Hexa. I am facing issues post surgery but there is no help for Hexa or doctor. No follow up appointment is being provided. No response from Hexa team.

I am not satisfied with the service at all. I Had a very bad and pathetic experience with Hexa and umang hospital. 1. First thing I have been asked to come to the hospital at 9 O'clock in the morning without food and water and said that your surgery will be done at 1 O'clock and the doctor came at 5 pm The doctor got late almost 4 hours late I was completely dehydrated no food in stomach since morning is this my fault. 2. Please never go with this hexa health guys. It's worst ever service I have been. They will provide every things in their conversation but during service they start using if this so that... And they are using third party payment. Once you get service if you have any query about post service they don't receive your call. Please.... Don't choose this... I have done my circumcision with Hexa here in Thane. The Dr. Santosh Naik is well experienced and treatment provided is very effective. The help and support before and after operation was excellent. I am satisfied with the treatment and recovery. Thank you Hexa and Prashant Chadhary.

Mr. Akshay and Miss Deeksha helped me throughout the process right from the first day till post operation procedure which really helped me during this phase. I feel extremely thankful to them and their entire team who helped me as well as other patients in getting the best treatment possible.

Hospital staff behaviour is not so good .but hexahealth facility was excellent there coordination was outstanding.thanks to hexa health and my coordinator ms anubhuti .

I didn't get Consultation Form, Proper Hospital Bill (No break up of the charges, lumsum amount shown), No C Form. I am struggling to get mediclaim due to lac of these documents. :(

I m not really happy with Hexa service post surgery… I was facing several issues requesting to consult with doctor but they didn’t take seriously . Never initiate customer satisfaction after surgery or payouts.. very much painful process never recommend anyone.

I am thanks full to all hexa health people's namely Mr Vishal sir, Mr Akshay and specialy ms anubhuti Ma'am all of them are very supportive and helpfull from the start to end of my surgery Initially my claim approval pending from my insurance company but ms anubhuti Ma'am keep me always positive regarding my claim approval and she also did really hard work for the same.she really help me a lot in all parameters and I hope for my next 7 days follow up also she will help me .
