I wanted to contact insurance help desk on whatsapp nO.I was told to google landline no and contact (on7-June-26).Then he gave the number reluctantly, I called the number waited for 3 min, no one picked up the call. I THINK THIS IS THE WEAKEST LINK IN YOUR SERVICE. IMPROVE HELPDESK COMMUNICATION OVER PHONE. TRAIN THE PERSONNEL TO BE RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE.
