On daily basis we are purchasing average 15k medicine from hospitals medical for our patient which is in ICU but trust us don't know how much it will actually using for our patient... By cash payment (as their is no medical policy of patient ) not provided any single rupee of discounts which is very doubtful & monopoly of hospital as not agreed to purchase from outside as many pharmacy are ready to give discount... I think management needs to think or government needs to look

Dear Hospital Management I would like to sincerely request the hospital management to consider introducing a discount policy on regular medicines and ICU charges, especially for senior citizens who do not have any medical insurance. Such an initiative would provide significant relief to middle-class families during already stressful times. My father is currently admitted to your hospital, and we are facing financial strain. Moreover, we were asked to purchase all medicines exclusively from the hospital’s in-house pharmacy. This kind of restriction feels like a monopoly and adds to the burden. I believe patients and their families should be given the flexibility to choose where to buy medicines, especially when cost is a major concern.
