Dr Manish Singhal further advanced his clinical expertise internationally by completing specialised Clinical Training in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant at the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit, USA, in 2009. That same year, he completed a Randomised Controlled Clinical Trial Course at Oxford University in the UK.

He officially qualified as a European Certified Medical Oncologist (ECMO) through the European Society of Medical Oncology in 2013.

Dr Manish Singhal is heavily decorated for his clinical oncology excellence, successfully receiving the formal Gold Medal as the ESMO Global Topper in 2013, making him the first Indian to achieve this distinction.

He was also honoured with the IMA President Appreciation Award, the Best Oncologist Award (North) by Zoom India, the Best Cancer Specialist in Delhi NCR at the National Healthcare Awards, and the Most Promising Medical Oncologist at the Healthcare Excellence Awards.
