आपके बेबी की स्थिति:

आपने बताया कि:

बेबी का जन्म 17 मार्च 2025 को हुआ
लगभग 20 दिन NICU में रहा
ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) डिटेक्ट हुआ
22 अप्रैल को AIMS के R.P. Centre में दोनों आंखों में इंजेक्शन लगाया गया
और 18 जुलाई को लेज़र ट्रीटमेंट भी किया गया

क्या ROP के बाद बच्चा देख पाएगा?

सकारात्मक बात यह है कि आपने समय पर ट्रीटमेंट कराया है — यही ROP में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण होता है।
ROP की गंभीरता (Stage 1 से Stage 5) और समय पर इलाज तय करता है कि विज़न कैसा रहेगा।

आपके केस में:

इंजेक्शन + लेज़र ट्रीटमेंट बताता है कि ROP moderate to severe था
लेकिन समय पर इलाज हो जाने से विज़न की संभावना बनी रहती है
बच्चा पूरी तरह देख पाएगा या नहीं, यह इस पर निर्भर करता है:
- ROP किस Stage में था
- Retina कितनी preserved है
- और आगे के Follow-ups में retina की healing कैसी हो रही है

अब क्या करना चाहिए?

Follow-up बहुत जरूरी है
डॉक्टर जो भी तारीख दें, समय पर Retina टेस्ट करवाएं (OCT या indirect ophthalmoscopy)
Visual Tracking पर ध्यान दें

- क्या वो आवाज पर सिर घुमाता है?
Regular Eye Development Monitoring
